Our Story
Born on the
waterfront
Swift Hawk started with a simple idea: what if a single space could be everything your evening needs — a quiet corner for morning coffee, a lively table for weekend brunch, and a dimly lit bar for the hours after?
We opened our doors on Main Street in 2019, right in the heart of Greenport. Locals quickly made it theirs — fishermen swapping stories over espresso, families sharing slices on patio stools, friends raising glasses as the sun set over the bay.
Everything we serve is made with intention. Our coffee is sourced from small roasters who share our standards. Our cocktails are built from scratch, using ingredients from Long Island farms and waters. The result is a place that feels as good as it looks — and tastes even better.
